He was selling homes in 1-2 weeks using simple Facebook ads, and I am going to break it down for you below…
You always want to send the people to your website, or a site you control. Don’t spend money on ads and send people to a listing on a website you do not control, as it’s a waste of moolah.
Here is how you can sell more homes in 4 shockingly simple steps….
- Run a Page Post Engagement ad or Clicks to Website (these are the ad objectives in FB)
- Send the traffic to your listing, which we created a blog post in WordPress with pictures, a description, price, and a call to action (Ex: Call now to book a showing!)
- Create a custom audience with that specific URL (watch video #5 from the challenge, as I covered how to do this).
- Run a Clicks to Website campaign to the custom audience from the people who’ve visited the listing previously (re-targeting).
You can get started for as little as $5/day with this method.
This is an extremely effective way to sell homes using Facebook.
Some of the ads can go viral, as people share, comment, and tag their friends, family, co-workers, etc.
You also see an enormous increase in exposure.
Don’t be surprised if people reach out to you asking for your help on selling their home.
They might even say: Can you do that for our home?
Honestly, it can happen.
