I know what you’re probably thinking…
Adam — Are you down at the casino drinking those dollar beers again?!?!
They do not like it when I have Ava with me.
We’re 14 days until the newest member of the family arrives.
And choosing a name has proven to be stressful…again. However, you’ll learn how this is actually going to help you out.
Ava was born on a Friday morning, like 12:53 am. We picked her name 5 minutes before we left the hospital …on Sunday. She was a “TBD” for the first 48 hours of her life.
We didn’t want to go through the same thing this time.
My Mom likes “Andrew”, so does my sister.
People will call him “Drew”.
I am not a fan of “Drew Dukes”, because I don’t like both names being one syllable, and the same letter.
Amanda came up with “Ashton” back in March.
I hated it….at first.
Of course, I always think of Ashton Kutcher when hearing that name.
But it’s grown on me and the only name I really like. It would be Ashton Michael Dukes. My Dad’s name is Michael, as is my middle name.
It’s been stressful and somewhat confusing. All the different names & opinions of others.
Between you, me and this keyboard — I am ready to pick a name and be done with it.
So what does this have to do with marketing online?
Well, a lot of the goo roo marketers out there over-complicate online marketing.
They come up with a new “flavor” each & every week.
This week it’s target divorcees…
…next week its FSBOs…
…next month it will be “guaranteed” listings every time you snap your fingers…
It doesn’t have to be that hard.
In fact, online marketing comes down to TWO things.
Yes, only two things.
Forget Periscope, Instagram or targeting widowers for a minute.
All you need is..
That is all you need when it comes to marketing yourself effectively online. In fact, that’s all you need when marketing offline, too.
Facebook, blogging, YouTube & Twitter are all great for traffic.
You have to put an irresistible offer in front of them, that is where conversion comes into play.
Traffic is the easy part.
Conversion is what pays the bills, puts food on the table and pays for your kids’ college fund.
Conversion takes time, testing and a solid strategy.
Don’t have time to test?
Interested in taking a shortcut and having a system that delivers you leads 24/7/365?
Maybe I can help.
However, I am not for everyone.
I am very picky who I work with, and you should be, too.
