Unfortunately, in my industry, that is not too common.
I have an automated lead generation system that works for me 24/7/365.
On weekends, when I am playing with the kids — it’s working for me.
Tuesdays at 3 in the morning — it’s working for me.
Right now, as I type this status update — it’s working for me.

I like to compare lead generation to a table. I prefer to have multiple “legs on my table”.
A leg being a different source of traffic.
Here are my “legs”…
- Facebook ads — Generating B2B leads for $3.17/each
- Cold email — This is something I am experimenting with, but I invite agents to my challenge
- Blogging — I blog and have links to my landing page, which invites agents to my challenge
- FB Livestreams — I do a daily livestream where I invite agents to my challenge
- YouTube – I re-purpose the FB livestream to YouTube, so that I can be discovered by a whole new audience (YouTube is a GREAT traffic source)
You want to be diversified with your traffic sources, as you don’t want to have “all your eggs in one basket”.

I then email, I prefer daily, with helpful, entertaining content with an opportunity to hop on a call with me.
Not everyone will schedule a call, I understand that.
About 8% – 10% will schedule a call.
About 2% – 5% will turn into paying clients.
It’s a numbers game, just like anything else.
Real estate, and my industry, are very similar as they typically have longer sales cycles.
Some people will be ready in a matter of days to set up a call, and some might take months.
In 2014, I had an agent reach out 9 months after he entered my system reach out to me.
After about 3-4 months, you start to build momentum, and it’s like a snowball going down a hill. You start getting more & more people reaching out about selling their home, looking to buy or invest, etc.
That’s when it becomes fun.
That’s how this whole system works.
It leverages technology to save you hoards of time, so that you can spend more time providing world class service to your current clients.
Or working less.
Or taking more vacations.
It’s your choice.
