“My price is $50 million…”
Back in the early 2000s, the CEO of Netflix approached the CEO of Blockbuster MULTIPLE times about buying his comapny for $50 million dollars.
As you probably know, the Blockbuster CEO turned him down each and every time.
Netflix is now worth $19.7 BILLION.
And Blockbuster is, well, out of busienss.
Technology changes, FAST!
Borders books didn’t adapt, and went out of business.
Last week, I saw an article about major retailers are clsoing more than 3,000 stores this year.
You have to adapt, or die.
Which brings me to Facebook advertising.
It is always changing.
What worked 3 months ago, might not work today.
Back in 2014, the home value lead generators were popular, and pretty effective. I remember working with a few agents and we generated leads using those pages.
Then the market got bombarded with those offers.
In fact, in the summer of 2014, I invested $3,000 with a developer and built my own home value software.
Like many things, I was late to the party. It would have been more fun to light that moolah on fire. It completely bombed.
It was too late, and the software never took off.
Last night, a marketer posted his results for an ad he was running for a client of his, a real estate agent in Florida.
He was frustrated they had not generated any leads after $30 spent.
He shared his ad…
Now, I am not going to tear apart this ad in this email, but it needs work.
The home value tools just don’t work like they used to.
I told him that there are a plethora of ways for Realtors to generate leads on Facebook.
I gave him some ideas for lead magnets, and wanted to share these ideas with you…

You’re really limited by your imagination when it comes to coming up with lead magnets.
My advice: Pick one, and start using Facebook ads to generate qualified leads.
You can get started for as little as $5/day.
